Topp Chain Actuator C40 is a precision-engineered electric actuator designed for automated window control systems. Features a double-link articulated chain mechanism housed in protective casing with comprehensive mounting accessories for top and bottom-hung window installations. Electrical specifications include dual power compatibility: 230V 50Hz or 24V DC operation. Rated for maximum loads up to 400N with a maximum stroke of 500mm. End-of-stroke position is user-adjustable via external knob (accessible from both sides) with preset positions at 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, and 400mm.
